Through stripping, you learn to distinguish its strengths and weaknesses, to recognize real extra virgin olive oil and culinary pairings.

The second part of the visit continues in the beautiful underground mill from 1700, a former place of worship of Byzantine origin, where you can admire the numerous rooms left to their originality, from the millstone to the large fireplace.

Here, the uses of the rooms and the methods of oil production up until the first half of the 20th century will be described.
