During the Cooking Class guests will delight in the preparation of traditional dishes: orecchiette, cavatelli and taralli.
Participants will taste what they themselves have prepared, as well as other specialties added by us (mixed platters of PDO cold cuts, cheeses and more) and a glass of wine.
